The first stage before manufacturing any Momad Group product is thorough research and analysis. Our dedicated team of engineers and technical experts begins by studying the evolving needs of modern automotive systems. We focus on meeting and exceeding the strict standards set by leading OEMs such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Volkswagen. At the same time, we consider the specific requirements of advanced engines — including turbocharged units, petrol and diesel variants, hybrid vehicles, and systems equipped with after-treatment technologies — ensuring optimal performance and protection in every drop.
The third stage is Quality Control—a critical component of Momad Group’s commitment to excellence. We implement continuous and meticulous monitoring to ensure our customers receive only the highest standard of lubricants for their vehicles. Before blending begins, all base oils and additives undergo independent testing to verify their quality and conformity to specifications. Once a batch is produced, it is tested again to confirm performance and consistency. As a final measure, our technicians randomly select finished, bottled products from each oil grade for further testing—ensuring every product that reaches the market meets our strict quality benchmarks. Our production facility has proudly held ISO 9001 certification for Quality Management Systems since 2008, reinforcing our dedication to delivering trusted, world-class performance.
The second stage is the development phase, where we carefully select only the highest quality raw materials that meet the specific lubrication needs identified during the research stage. Our expert formulation team creates initial test samples, which are then subjected to comprehensive testing using rigorous ASTM procedures, in accordance with the SAE J-300 classification standards. These results are thoroughly evaluated and cross-referenced with global benchmarks set by the API (American Petroleum Institute) and ACEA (European Automobile Manufacturers Association), ensuring that every Momad product meets or exceeds international performance and reliability standards.
